Paying for the service
Prepaid service (using Easyline PIN)
To get started, purchase an Easyline card (available in different denominations from various outlets, or online by clicking here.
With iphone you get free calls to iphone numbers as well as to freephone and emergency services. To call any other numbers, dial 123 and enter your Easyline PIN number.
If you do not want to submit your PIN every time you use iphone, press #1 when you hear the prompt "Please dial now". This will register your PIN with your iphone service. In the future, you will only need to dial 123 and the telephone number you wish to contact.
Postpaid service
Application for postpaid service must be made by the registered owner of the telephone line and may be made online click here to download form. This form may also be completed and handed to our technician when installing the service.
Charges will be included in your normal telephone bill, shown as separate bill items. The post-paid option is only available to those customers whose telephone line is registered as post paid. If your telephone line is registered as Easyline you should opt for the prepaid option.
